Imperial brutally brewed at the mill by a temporary breeding fanatic; Many alcohols bitter but more flavored with chicory barley and a touch of sweet wheat, all tastes but no cohesion

Sprout alors !!

Bottle 0.33l from Zlotta at my place Amsterdam, The Netherlands. Taste with Zlotta thanks man. 07.06.2016. Pour it dark color with no head. Aroma molasis, some rum, dark fruits. Taste molasis, sweet, sticky, maybe too much, smooth finish, lots of berries at the end. Influence of De Molen definitely. Ok

HOME 20160719 (33 cl bottle, bottle date 12 jan 2014): A lovely dark red-rubbish beer with a dark brown head, which stay not too long on the beer. The aroma starts with dark & roasted malt, which give the cholate impression of malt bitter. Further some liquor, nuts, raisins and vanilla. The taste starts sweet with roasted malt & chocolate, which develop further in a strong malt bitter (nice). Also some hop bitter. Further fruity (dark cherries), vanilla and raisins. The mouthfeel is sticky sweet and dry bitter. The body is medium. You will expect more body for this type of beer.

0.33 l bottle from ’Bierwinkel Alkmaar’, best before October 2016, shared with markoijelena. Sweetish-malty, slightly roasty aroma of coffee, dark chocolate, hazelnut and some vanilla. Sweetish, slightly roasty-malty taste of dark chocolate, coffee, some licorice, toasted nuts and some vanilla, followed by a medium long, moderately roasty-bitter finish. Medium body, slightly creamy mouthfeel, soft carbonation. Nice, okay for the style.

Donker zwart bier. Smaak is in eerste instantie zoet... Vol body/mondgevoel. Nagenoeg geen CO2. Prettige Imperial Stout. Ik ga hem nog eens nemen!

33cl bottle at home from de Molen, Bodegraven. Nose is chocolate. Body is pitch black, head is nearly flat, fair lacing. Aroma is chocolate, mild coffee, toast. Medium sweet, medium to heavy bitter. Finish is long lasting roasty medium bitter, slightly developing hoppy bitterness, alcohol is hidden. Full body, oily texture, nearly flat carbonation. Not heavy, simple, great dessert beer.
