75 cl bottle from random wine shop in Gif. Opaque yellowy. Smells like Hoegaarden. Taste coriander. A bit acidic. It’s ok!

Bottle. Pours with lots of froth but head very quickly dissapearing entirely. Faint aroma and opaque, light yellow appearance typical of western European wheat. Light on the tongue and quite savoury. Quite fizzy in the mouth despite the head vanishing. Only slightly creamy compared to heavier wheats. If you paid a small fortune to import halfway around the world you’d be disappointed, but if you had it served on a hot afternoon, maybe with some poultry, you’d be quite content.

(on bottle) About 5mm of yeast on the bottom of the bottle. Very pale yellow color, no head. Sour and yeasty sents hits the nose, with some peas too. A very bobly beer, but it leaves a flat, oxidaded impression. No hops to detect, but a suor/citric feeling. It´s like the parts of the beer do not connect.

Hazy yellow beer with almost no foam. Aroma a bit fruity. A taste of citrus and coriander. Not smooth enough and a bit "aggressive" on the tongue. Not a bad beer, but not exceptional...
