Croustillante puis veloutée. yespr (45447) - Copenhagen O, DENMARK - DEC 19, 2009
33 cL bottle. Pours cloudy orange with a huge white head. Aroma is spiced and grassy hoppy. Phenolic and crisp hoppy flavoured providing a rather dry flavour to the underlying malt base. Ends dry and crisp hoppy. Embrouille (2853) - SWITZERLAND - FEB 9, 2009
Bottled 33cl. Courtesy of Bov. Appearance: It pours a murky golden beer with a fizzy quick diminishing off white head. Beautiful delicate lacework. Aroma: Quite pleasant and interesting. Faintly lactic. Hints of elderberries, gooseberries and soy sauce. Flavor and palate: Sour and rather fruity. Melon and elderberries showing up. Medium bodied. A nice balance between sweetness and sourness. Dry finish reminiscent of soy sauce. Overall impression: Pleasant. A beer I would love to have again on a hot summer’s day. Thanks a lot Bov! Bottled. An unclear yellow beer with a thin beige head. The aroma is sweet with light notes of lactic acid. The flavor is sweet with notes of straw and malt, leading to a dry strawy and bitter finish. The body is thin. Thanks Per for sharing. fiulijn (20493) - Vancouver, British Columbia, CANADA - DEC 4, 2007

Bottled, thanks Bov! Hazy golden. Grassy nose. Dryish and medium bodied with rounded mouthfeel. Bready with restrained fruit and grass. A bit like a top fermented fruitier zwicklbier. Bov (12636) - Bienne, SWITZERLAND - APR 9, 2007
courtesy of Pascal Sauser and Laurent Mousson - cloudy golden-orange colour with a little white foam; estery and a bit bubblegum-like aroma with notes of melon; medium to full-bodied, sweet and bitter with a touch of acidity; the finish is bitter and honeyish - a nice surprise
