Unusual nice and tasty Berliner weisse.
Hazy dark color with a fine off white head. Good intensity in the aroma. Ok body and a tad rich carbonation level. Dry ending and a pleasant balanced acidity. Dried fruits, wood, grapes and mild lactic flavor. Tasty stuff.

Dunkel holziger Beginn, säuerliche Noten von Essig. Recht trocken, die Säure schwächt etwas ab, Nuancen von Vanille. Erdig, holzig, geringfügig röstig. Okay. 10/9/10/9/10/9

330ml bottle from Hopfen & Malz. Shared with Finn. Filmy beige layer. Deep red-brown body, dotted spots on the glass. Modest aromas of dark fruits and grain, dry. Earthy, grainy malts to the taste profile, tart backbone. Tart and sweet ending. Fair enough. (Hotel room, Berlin 15.01.2018).
