330ml bottle. Dark brown. Large initial head. Heavy roasted aroma, coffee, tar, grainy. Taste is fairly bitter without the sweetness I’d expect. Grumbo (4262) - Ipswich, Suffolk, ENGLAND - DEC 9, 2017
Bottle at the Ipswich winter bottle share. Source BeerLovers, Vienna. Pours black with a lasting beige head. Aroma of chocolate, dark fruit, and light liquorice. Medium plus sweetness, moderate roasted bitterness. Medium body, slight oily texture, soft carbonation. Milk chocolate finish. vami (549) - Poznan, POLAND - OCT 17, 2017
Thanks to Geiserich. Aroma is dark roasted bread (like in a doppelbock), pumpernickel, old coffee. Taste is bready, toasted. Not enough gravity, not enough coffee, drinkable, but not a real baltic porter. SarkyNorthener (5012) - West Bromwich (Yorkshire Expat), West Midlands, ENGLAND - JUL 23, 2017
