Sample at Hops & Pie during the "GABF Week, CSA Portfolio Tasting" on 10/04/2017. Clear yellow-gold color with a thin white head that dissipates quickly to a wispy film. Short strings of lace. Aroma of mildly spiced hops, fruit and malt. Light body with flavors of grassy hops, fruit and bready malt. The finish is mildly bitter with a grassy hop aftertaste. Decent overall. On tap at the Lagerhaus. Thanks for sharing, Cubs and Leighton! Pours a clear, bright gold color, with a big, frothy, white head. The nose is smooth, resinous hops, white sugar, honeysuckle, and caramel. Lovely, balanced flavor. Light body, with a crisp, clean finish. This is a very well made, refreshing, and sessionable pils.

Keg at the brewery tap. Pours clear yellow-gold with some effervescence and a dense, ready white head. Grassy hops and crispy pale grains in the nose. Light sweet flavour with soft grassy bitterness, more pale bread, biscuits, subtle bitterness. Light bodied with average, massaging carbonation. Great balance in the finish, more grass, crisp hay. Excellent pils. slowrunner77 (13938) - Reno, Nevada, USA - SEP 6, 2017

Pours a clear golden with small to medium white head and full sheets of lacing. Nose is malt, fruit, bread, and other crisp hops. Flavor is most of the same. Well executed Pilsner. onceblind (11698) - Denver, Colorado, USA - NOV 5, 2016
Crystal clear light golden with a pleasantly thick fluffy white head. Grainy light toast nose with a light earthy noble hop bitterness. Crisp and very clean flavor that’s lightly grainy, lightly earthy grassy hopped and lightly bitter. Not to say it’s all light but it’s a clean and crisp very classical Pilsner, very top notch and refreshing. Ratman197 (16052) - Arvada, Colorado, USA - OCT 25, 2016
On tap at Bierstadt poured a clear yellow with a lasting white head. Aromas of bread, yeast and light citrus. Palate was lught bodied and crisp with a dry finish. Flavors of bread, fruitiness and light yeast with a crisp dry lingering fruity finish. ajnepple (7940) - Lakewood, Colorado, USA - OCT 20, 2016
On tap at Bierstadt Lagerhaus (Rackhouse Pub). Clear golden appearance with a fluffy, lingering white head. Pleasant aroma of toasted grain and noble hops. Similar flavor, lightly sweet and mildly bitter. Clean, refreshing and easy to drink. A top notch pils overall. jcr (2825) - Jasper, Indiana, USA - OCT 7, 2016
Draft. Yellow body with a big, white head, lasting. Aroma of toasted grain, floral hops, herbs, light lemon and grass. The flavor is moderately sweet and lightly bitter. It finishes lightly to moderately sweet and lightly to moderately bitter. Medium body, watery/velvety texture, lively carbonation. On the sweet side, but clean. It’s right on the edge between delicate and too thin. Enough flavor of grass, lemon and floral hops to keep it from falling into the lite pit. Enjoyable.
