COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Zutaten: Wasser, Gerstenmalz, Weizenmalz, Hopfen, Hefe, Koriander, Salz, biologische Milchsäure

Erzengel (8894) - Wuppertal, GERMANY - JUL 21, 2017
Smooth and fresh beginning. The Gose is soft and grainy with only hints of sourness or salt. Sessionable, but more on the "Helles"-side with hints of salt in the aftertaste than a "real" Gose. Somehow sad.

MoritzF (9974) - Ottobrunn, GERMANY - MAR 4, 2016
(bottle, 33cl) Cloudy, murky amber colour with a short off-white foamy layer. Yeasty, mildly bready malty and slightly wheaty aroma with mildly fruity notes of citrus, apricot and lime. Mildly sweet and delicately tart and salty flavour, light bodied with a tame carbonation. Yeasty-spicy, slightly bready (cara-)malty taste with a moderate fruit character and a whiff of coriander towards the mildly sweet and delicately tart finish, shades of saltiness in the aftertaste. Style-wise not really convincing. 04.III.16

(Bierzauberei Aleysium No. 5 (Gose)) Bottle 330 ml at home, from Sebilinz, thanks Erich! Served into a shaker, ABV 4.9% Gusher. Huge and ever-rising, thick white head on top, most of the glass is foam. When it finally collapses, the beer revealed is a very hazy one, yellow coloured. Aroma of wheat with sour notes light grapes. Taste is more sour than salty although there is some salt in there too. Wheat, some metallic notes. Medium thin body, very high carbonation. Okay I guess, thirst quenching for sure.

33 cl bottle on December 6, 2015. Thanks to Ingo! BB 30.10.2015.
Hazy copper color, small off-white head, trace of lacing. Malty, cream, light sweet, floral, fresh scent. Salty, floral, winegums, yeasty taste. Dry, winegums, salty aftertaste. Medium light mouthfeel, low to medium low bitterness. Really not as acidic as I was expecting, can’t say I find any real trace of the lactic acid, perhaps a slight feeling of low pH.
