Nice Amber color. Nice flavor. Not too bitter. Just right. Good sourness. Slight oddness but not overpowering! RhetoricalAns (939) - Red Deer, Alberta, CANADA - NOV 1, 2015

Serving: from tap at Big Al Brewing.
Aroma: heavy cocoa aroma.
Appearance: small, frothy, white, initial head with no lacing and fully diminishing longevity. Clear, dark-amber body.
Taste: light chocolate initial flavor and lightly acidic chocolatey finish with average duration.
Palate: medium body with oily texture and soft carbonation.
Overall: very interesting. I’d like to drink this again. after4ever (8025) - Mukilteo, Washington, USA - APR 25, 2013
Draft at the brewery. Pours a cloudy medium amber with a nice pillowy off-white head that sticks around, leaving plenty of webby lace on the way down. Bread crusts and a little bit of dried orange peel on the nose. Creamy medium body, soft and mouth-filling, with subdued carb. Toasty, bread-crust-y, lightly orange-y mid palate. Clean finish. This beer is right where it needs to be, and nowhere else. Dogbrick (13026) - Columbus, Ohio, USA - MAR 16, 2013
Sample at the brewpub. Clear amber pour with a medium thin off-white head that dissipates quickly to a film. Small patches of lacing on the glass. Aroma of malt, hops and caramel. Light to medium body with flavors of grainy malt, caramel and earthy hops. The finish is sweet with a short malty aftertaste. Slightly above average overall.Rodriguez (357) - Quito, ECUADOR - OCT 19, 2012

Sample at the brewpub. Clear copper-amber color with a medium off-white head that diminishes slowly. Small patches of lacing on the glass. The aroma consists of malt, roasted nuts and hops. Medium-bodied with an earthy malt character and notes of caramel and mild hops. The finish is short with a sweet malt aftertaste. Decent overall.
Malty, medium body, medium in hops too, amber in color, very drinkable beer, but nothing remarkable. LarryBeast (616) - - JUN 18, 2012
On draft. Ruddy amber colour. Slim caramel malt aroma. Rich, hearty flavour of brown sugar, toffee and nut. Middle sweetness with the hops kicking in late. Finishes green and piney with some dry back of the mouth bitterness.
