Draft at Brouwer’s. A slightly hazy orange with a moderate white head on it. Aroma is yeasty, floral, and grassy. Overall, the flavor has a big yeasty character, with peachy/orange fruitiness, grass and earth, and a spicy, peppery feel. Overall, fairly light bodied and easy to drink, yet possessing a nice complex yeasty characer. Quite nice. gracefullypunk (667) - Portland, Oregon, USA - FEB 10, 2010

Tang color, decent color, and resilient, though brief. Light. sprityzy aroma with tiny moonlit licks of spice and fruit. The flavors sit onobtrusively in a cavern of base, and light-to-medium crystal malts. An interesting, yet, subdued yeast flavors the brew with indistict, yet tastesful spicing. Touches of peach arise in aroma and flavor then dive beneath the surface. Mildy tart, sour wheat finish. A refreshing saison fitting for a sun-speckled beach. after4ever (8025) - Mukilteo, Washington, USA - JAN 19, 2010

1/18/10 From a growler. Aroma is spicy black pepper phenols with bounds of Belgian clove, plasticy (positive) and bubblegum notes for eager nose consumption. Appearance is hazy gold with a well maintained white head and a touch of lacing. Flavor is earthy noble bittering blended with very light sweet/sourness and a slight touch of grass for the "wild" feel. Mouthfeel is light bodied, a touch resiny, with a spritzy carb texture. Overall, an interesting combo of complexity and refreshment you don’t often see.
