On draft @ Big Bear. Pour a clear gold with soapy white head. Nose is bread, corn, water, some sweetness, grass, and hops. Flavor is similar with a light body, lager finish, and more water. It is a safe beer. I guess you need beers that appeal to macro drinkers... dimenhetfield (2486) - , Florida, USA - OCT 9, 2009
Very depressing when it comes to light beer. Had it with the 5oz sampler. Worth a try if your there. Ibrew2or3 (8607) - Tempe, Arizona, USA - JAN 2, 2009
Some how missed entering this rating a few months back. Pours watery clear gold with thin white head. The very mild aroma has notes of grainy and sweet malts and little else. The taste feels thin bringing in mild tangy acidic notes and equally mild grainy malts. Behind those notes I get very sweet maltiness, mild floral hops and spice hops that seem to surface about midway. It ends sweet and mildly grainy. daknole (11044) - Scottsdale, Arizona, USA - JUN 28, 2008
Had as part of their beer sampler. Pretty typical light beer. Better than a Bud, but not a whole lot. Worth trying once and only once. Light yellow, smells of slight malt or grain. Taste is very watery. Oakes (17274) - Vancouver, British Columbia, CANADA - JUN 14, 2008
Straw colour. Slightly grainy nose with a hint of pale malt. Fairly sweet palate with fresh grain. Quick, slightly watery finish. OK for what it is.

Sampler. Pours clear, yellow, thin fizzy white head. Aroma of your standard American Light Lager. Aroma of malt, hints of corn. Flavor is all malt. A bit of sweetness in the finish. afterglow (1047) - Florida, USA - MAR 10, 2008
Pours a clear pale golden with a one finger mostly lasting white head that leaves some lacing. Aroma of light sweet malt. Taste is the same as aroma. Medium thin mouthfeel with a mild amount of bitterness. Good. jdhunt76 (56) - Winter Springs, Florida, USA - MAY 18, 2007
Pale yellow pour with almost no head. Pretty standard American pale lager with minimal flavor, and a slightly souring aftertaste. It seemed a little flat this time, but I remember it being more carbonated in the past. Nothing really remarkable except that for a light beer, it still has a decent ABV, instead of the 3.2 to 4.2 you get with most of them. hopscotch (11051) - Vero Beach, Florida, USA - MAR 12, 2007
Draft... Clear straw-colored ale with a small, creamy, white head. Decent retention. The aroma is grainy with mild notes of spent mash and ethanal. Sweet, grainy flavor. Almost medium-bodied and lightly creamy with medium carbonation. Sweet, grainy, boiled mash finish. MartinT (9852) - Montreal, Quebec, CANADA - MAR 12, 2007
My Bottom Line:
Delicate citrusy, herbal hops precede a surprisingly lascive cereal return. A well-crafted lager for the brewpub’s "American Light" replacement? Kudos to them!
Further Personal Perceptions:
-A clinging veil of foam covers the commercial golden clarity.
-Body is well-malted, though somewhat not helped by the fizzy carbonation.
-The spicy hops develop an intricate nose.
-This has to have improved since the first raters tried it.
On tap at the brewpub.
