Tap @ Big Beaver. Pours a hazy dark golden appearance with a white head. Sugary mashy, grassy, toasty malty aroma. Messy, toasty malty, very mashy, cloying flavor. Not good. Ratman197 (14686) - Arvada, Colorado, USA - AUG 27, 2012

Pour on tap at the brewery, dark brown pour with thin white head, aroma brought notes of caramel, toffee, some nuts, dark fruits in there slightly, some mineral notes as well. Taste is a mix of caramel, toffee, some spicy yeast, touch of dark fruits, mineral water, earth, finishing fairly sweet. onceblind (9419) - Denver, Colorado, USA - JUN 16, 2012
Clear gold with a thick foamy head that leaves a lot of lace. Lots of pleasant biscuit aromas with an earthy pale grain background. Taste was a little weird, almost like smoked pale grains with a lot of earthy biscuit. Wasn’t too keen on it.
