A: The beer pours a slightly cloudy golden orange color with a white head.
S: Citrus and floral hops to begin with. Some bready malts and a hint of grass follows. Light lemon peel notes and a little bit of straw. Just a little bit yeasty and fairly crisp.
T: Starts off somewhat sweet and malty with some nice bread flavor. Despite their prominence on the aroma, there is only a light citrus hop note. A touch of straw, mild grass, and a soft bitterness.
M: Medium bodied with medium carbonation.
O: Usually random kolsches are not beers I expect to be any good, but this was pretty decent. Drake (13726) - Milwaukee, Wisconsin, USA - OCT 6, 2008

330 mL bottle. Pours a hazy light orange with a two-fingered white head that dissipates quickly but leaves some decent lacing. Aroma of candy, butterscotch, caramel, pineapple. Watery on the palate. Taste brings some rice, barley, faint hops. Very refreshing. arminjewell (9635) - East Lansing, Michigan, USA - SEP 2, 2010
Pours golden with white head, aroma is some grassy hops, biscuit and pils malt. Taste up front is some earthy grassy hops, leading into nice non offensive hay and biscuit taste finishing clean. Not a whole lot going on with this, but a nice drinkable brew. drowland (8676) - Georgia, USA - AUG 14, 2009
A solid example of a kolsch, or at least an Americanized version... it has that murky/musty malty flavor that hangs in the back corners of your mouth and sits there like old cheese. drfabulous (7933) - Lexington, Kentucky, USA - SEP 24, 2009
Crisp, light kolsch. Not a style I normally drink, so hard to say much about it. Smooth. Nothing sticks out that makes it above the ordinary.
