Slightly hazy pale gold, white head.
Orange, wheat aroma.
Wheat malt, orange-lemon taste.....
Ok, but not a lot of zest to it. shrubber85 (11322) - Greenville, Indiana, USA - JUL 29, 2016
Bottle. Musty lemon, coriander, and wheat malt aroma. Clear golden yellow with small head. Lightly sweet citrus, coriander, wheat malt, and mildly bitter straw flavor. Body pretty light. LF_Evan (4) - Raleigh, North Carolina, USA - MAY 22, 2016 does not count
A: Clear, straw yellow. The head blooms nicely on the pour, but dissipates quickly, leaving only a fine lacing.
S: Pear and the odd impression of vanilla cake.
T: Mild citric acidity. Clean, vaguely spicy finish. Not very complex.
M: Hard to call it undercarbed, but that is the feeling. The body feels very thin, even watery at first. Only the finishing rush of fine bubbles gives it any character.
O: Pretty underwhelming. I’m the first to admit this isn’t my style of choice, but it feels like a lightweight entry in the category. Probably great on a hot day in the sun, but difficult to recommend against stiff competition.
Pair with warm cheesy sandwiches, radish salads, fresh strawberries

Bottled in Feb. 2011; Review from notes on an August 2011 tasting.
This Belgian style ale is a clear golden color with moderate visible carbonation and a short but durable white head.
Aroma: sweet and fruity; the fruit aroma is complex but more apricot than anything else. There’s some yeast, clove and other spices here too. Interesting and inviting.
T - If blindfolded, i would definitely guess that this was a Belgian ale; and a rather good one at that. The taste follows the aroma to some extent, with the most notable departure being the balanced tart/sweet flavor. The flavor is plenty fruity but more citrus and less apricot than in the nose, perhaps from the hops which are most noticeable in the finish.
M - very good carbonation; medium-thin body that is slightly watery.
O - A very pleasant spiced beer with a well-balanced flavor palette. Excellent as a Summer ale. j12601 (10874) - Poughkeepsie, New York, USA - JUL 17, 2015
On tap at the brewery. Pours a hazed gold with a large white head. Soft musk and a bit of grain on the nose, wheat and a hint of yeast. Sweet wheat and a bit of musk into the finish. Easy drinking, clean and tasty.

Clear golden and lighty tinted copper body with a thin, very fast-dying white head. Aroma of coriander seed, tons of curacao and full oranges, some yeast, white pepper and a hint of grass - very light and complementary of the style. Light to Medium-bodied; Strong grassy and very orange-y flavours with a good light wheat kick, some light alcohol and hints of herbs and hay. Aftertaste shows a dry character on the finish with a little yeast, some wheat, honey, grass and definitely curacao - nice and light. Overall, a very nice wit with a herbal and grassy character, but light oranges and wheat makes this an easy drink. I sampled this twelve ounce bottle purchased from Total Wine in Cary, North Carolina, on 02-August-2014 for US$1,99 sampled at home in Washington on 30-March-2015. jsquire (4420) - St. Marys, Ohio, USA - AUG 22, 2014
Yellow color with a short lived white head. Coriander and soap nose. Flavors of candied orange peel, coriander and yeast notes. A bit thick to be refreshing. Okay wit. weihenweizen (3731) - Charleston Area, West Virginia, USA - AUG 6, 2014
Refrigerated 12 oz. brown bottle, bottle says 4.3% abv, bottle on date is not marked, poured into a glass. Pours hazy golden with small white head. Aroma is light coriander, medium body, medium carbonation, and pretty good small bubble lacing. Taste is light orange, some coriander, and finishes cardboard. Seems to be an old bottle. Taster on tap at Barley’s during RBWG 2014. Clear yellow orange color. Little off-white head, good bits and ropes of lace. Nice zesty orange peel, and good spice taste up front. Smooth, lighter carbonation. Medium body. More dry finish. Kind of crisp, easy drinking. Nice orange peel, light spice (coriander?) aroma. Good, smooth, crisp belgian witbier!
