Bottled. An unclear golden beer with a thick white head. The aroma has notes of malt, wheaty, peaches, and some spices. The flavor is sweet malty with notes of wheat and peaches, leading to a dry, spicy finish. Thanks Papsoe for sharing.

A: The beer pours a clear golden color with a thin white head. S: A fairly light nose. There is a decent amount of banana along with some sugar and pears, maybe a bit of sweet apples. A little bit of yeast, bread, and spice. T: Lightly spiced with some sweet bread and sugar. There are mild fruit notes, mostly some banana with a little bit of pear and apple. There is just a little bit of straw, some light spices, too. M: Medium bodied with medium carbonation. O: Not bad, but sort of bland and muddled.

Bottle from Whole Foods Raleigh. Pours a hazy light golden with nearly no head. Aroma of peaches, coriander and burned hair. Aroma of yeast, stone fruits and vanilla. Thick feel. A Blond? Competing with a pils? Right. Good beer? OK.

Dogbrick (14302) - Columbus, Ohio, USA - AUG 15, 2008
Thanks to Rogueone for sharing a bottle. This brew is a bright golden amber color with a thin white head that dissipates qickly. Small rings of lacing. Aroma of yeast and ripe fruits. Light-bodied with flavors of yeast, spices and fruit. The finish is sweet fruit and cloves with a light spice and banana aftertaste. Overall this is a tasty beer, although it loses a lot of ground in the Belgian category.
