12 oz single can from Molly’s Spirits. Deep golden appearance with a white head. Aroma of zesty hops, grapefruit and lightly toasted malts. Similar flavor, adding moderate hop bitterness, a mild grainy sweetness and a lingering citrus fruit finish. Medium body. Clean, balanced and easy to drink. Solid IPA overall. 12 oz can. Pours hazy dark gold with a medium creamy white head that retains well and laces the glass.Ernest (7696) - Boulder, Colorado, USA - MAR 11, 2017
The aroma is subdued fruity caramel malt and bubblegum.
The flavor is sweet fruity caramel malt with some resiny earthy hops. The mouthfeel is medium bodied and a bit watery.
Overall, I remember liking this better on draft - more fruity resiny hops.
Can. Head is initially average sized, frothy, white, mostly diminishing. Body is medium to dark yellow. Aroma is lightly malty (toasted grain), moderately hoppy (orange, grapefruit), with a hint of butter. Flavor is moderately sweet, lightly acidic, lightly bitter. Finish is lightly sweet, lightly acidic, moderately bitter. Medium body, watery texture, lively carbonation, lightly alcoholic.
Simple, one-dimensional citrus hop aroma (presumably lots of Citra)...pleasant but veering towards boring. Good flavor balance, with clean bitterness, but unfortunately quite watery in texture. Difficult to get enthusiastic about, but better than usual for this brewery. Skinnyviking (9570) - Copenhagen, DENMARK - OCT 15, 2016
