In the upper half of what I’ve tried from them and still nothing to write home about. Pale malt, some toffee, bread, moderate hops and bitterness. Just average at best.

Draft at the source. Hazy light golden color, medium white head. Aroma of peppery hay. taste is white pepper, light pine, straw.

FROTHINGSLOSH (8308) - GREENSBURG, Pennsylvania, USA - JUN 23, 2014
Sampled on draft this beer poured a pale yellow-gold color with a large foamy white head that left great lacing. The aroma was a bit sour yet with an underlying sweetness and with a vague fruity hop presence. The flavor was tangy and bitter lemon and grapefruit and with a sweetish bready undertone. Medium length finish of lemon, grapefruit and bread. Medium body. Solid.

I have had this back in day at holy cow. Great beer. Even seen it a pizza port in CA. Used to stay at the now debunk Sahara just to be by the cow. Always drank this great brew. Golden color clear great balanced use of hops. Was always a great go to when it was open.

On tap at the brewpub, Vegas. I guess this beer is the standing tribute to the original brewery Holy Cow, that became Big Dogs of today. Medium golden body, thin white head. Aroma is very muted, piney, but just really low. Pale biscuit malts, light piney hops, moderately bitter finish. Nothing wrong with this, it just seemed really reserved.

Wittales (884) - Las Vegas, Nevada, USA - MAY 7, 2013
Appearance was hazy orangish gold with huge creamy whitish 3 finger head, spotty lacing. Aromas are sweet toffee, caramel, pale malts. Hops are grapefruit, orange, lemon and tings of alcohol. Taste are hoppy forward with grapefruit, lemon, slight pine. Malts are light sweetness with pale, crystal, hints of candi. Palate was soft smooth CO2 with light-meduim body, lasting hoppy slightly slick feel with good balance. A good local pale, taste better fresh than in the bottle.

22oz bottle picked up at Lee’s Discount
Appearance: Pours clear golden with a medium sized foamy white head and lots of lacing
Aroma: Floral, light caramel, citrus and piney

A nice clean and crisp pale ale.

On tap at Cafe and Casino LV. Clear golden color with a fast disappearing head. Little aroma of hops and spice. Very great taste of malt and a good blend of hops. Also a good fresh aftertaste.
