Golden color. The body is quite weak, both aroma and flavor have a earthy character (manure), reasonable IPA bitterness. Maybe I’m getting more exigent.

2006-03-27, draught at the brewpub, 7-4-7-4-14=36
Light amber color; creamy head; nice lace. Good fruity aromatic hops; the taste is also quite malty. Just the bitterness in the middle is not very strong.

Dogbrick (13146) - Columbus, Ohio, USA - APR 20, 2008
Sample at the Rancho Dr brewpub. This brew pours a clear golden-amber color with a thin white head that diminishes steadily. Thin stringy lacing. Light hops and citrus in the nose. Medium-bodied with weak citrusy hops, caramel and malt flavor. The finish is short and lightly hoppy. Forgettable overall.

In the upper half of what I’ve tried from them and still nothing to write home about. Pale malt, some toffee, bread, moderate hops and bitterness. Just average at best.

clear light amber, thin head, touch of lace, big sweet grapefruit aroma, huge citrus hop flavor with enough carmel malt sweetness to back it up, short bitter finish to round it out, an all time favorite

On tap at the brewpub, Vegas. I guess this beer is the standing tribute to the original brewery Holy Cow, that became Big Dogs of today. Medium golden body, thin white head. Aroma is very muted, piney, but just really low. Pale biscuit malts, light piney hops, moderately bitter finish. Nothing wrong with this, it just seemed really reserved.

sebletitje (10095) - Enghien, BELGIUM - MAY 17, 2009
Sampler at Big Dogs Brewing, Las Vegas. Pours golden, white head. Aroma is hoppy, forest pine Taste, hops, pine/forest, some nice citrus flavors in the finish, light notes of malty profile.

Clear light orange, very hopped with a sweet pine and citrus juice nose... flavor is similar, has good balance but resembles an IPA more.

On tap. Pretty solid pale. Pours with a, well...its pale (very light color, sub 9 SRM if I had to guess). Good lace and minimal white head. Light pine like hops. Taste is floral and pine needle bitterness. Bitterness lingers. Nice and hoppy! Fizzy. Decent!
