Sampled on draft this beer poured a pale yellow-gold color with a large foamy white head that left great lacing. The aroma was a bit sour yet with an underlying sweetness and with a vague fruity hop presence. The flavor was tangy and bitter lemon and grapefruit and with a sweetish bready undertone. Medium length finish of lemon, grapefruit and bread. Medium body. Solid. Dogbrick (14288) - Columbus, Ohio, USA - APR 20, 2008
Sample at the Rancho Dr brewpub. This brew pours a clear golden-amber color with a thin white head that diminishes steadily. Thin stringy lacing. Light hops and citrus in the nose. Medium-bodied with weak citrusy hops, caramel and malt flavor. The finish is short and lightly hoppy. Forgettable overall. BMan1113VR (7930) - Los Angeles, California, USA - JAN 10, 2010
On tap. Pretty solid pale. Pours with a, well...its pale (very light color, sub 9 SRM if I had to guess). Good lace and minimal white head. Light pine like hops. Taste is floral and pine needle bitterness. Bitterness lingers. Nice and hoppy! Fizzy. Decent! jb (3445) - Rochester, New York, USA - MAR 29, 2013
On tap at the brewpub. Malty sweet nose. Palate is grainy but with some hippiness. This is so so. Ron (4257) - Rochester, New York, USA - APR 7, 2013
On tap at Cafe and Casino LV. Clear golden color with a fast disappearing head. Little aroma of hops and spice. Very great taste of malt and a good blend of hops. Also a good fresh aftertaste.

Golden color. The body is quite weak, both aroma and flavor have a earthy character (manure), reasonable IPA bitterness. Maybe I’m getting more exigent.

Light amber color; creamy head; nice lace. Good fruity aromatic hops; the taste is also quite malty. Just the bitterness in the middle is not very strong.
Sample at brew pub. Decent fruity aroma on the nose. Gold body with white head. Lemony flavor with a mild bittering. Smooth and suppose would be a crowd favorite on those haot summer days in the desert. Travlr (26405) - Charlotte, North Carolina, USA - AUG 21, 2014
