Pours a deep brown color with a caramel, roasted malt aroma. Taste is bitter, hint of toffee, with a smooth finish. A good beer, more like a brown ale than an Irish ale. Overall, a complex tasting beer that was easy drinking. decaturstevo (6339) - decatur, Tennessee, USA - MAY 10, 2013
