on tap-pours an off white head and red/amber color. Aroma is medium malt, peat. Taste is medium malt-peat/nutty/chocolate, secondary earthy hops. Medium body. OK carbonation.

Draught at Holdsteins in a casino on Vegas strip. Malty rye like beer with decent hop profile. Caramel. Drinkable. And light for style.

On tap at the brewpub, Vegas. Medium copper body, low white head. Sweet caramel, lightly fruity and hoppy, a likeable session ale.

Dark amber with pure white head. Chocolate, red berries and vanilla. Mouth follows suit with some smoke added. Sweet with smoke and umami. Smooth palate. Interesting.

Can at home. Pours clear tawny with a medium, frothy beige head, medium retention with light lacing. Aroma is moderate caramel and bready malt with dates and light woody hops. Flavor is moderate toffee, caramel and bready malt, light earthy and woody hops and bitterness with dates and a sweet finish. Medium body and carbonation.

Clear reddish mid-brown colour with a small off-white head.
Nutty and toasted malty aroma with a lot of sweetness. The flavour is sweetness, nuts, nougat and malt. Passable brown ale. A bit thin though.

Dark amber color. Very light caramel aroma. The body is quite malty, round, of course with its share of caramel, very light malty fruitness. Better than expected.
