Dark amber color. Very light caramel aroma. The body is quite malty, round, of course with its share of caramel, very light malty fruitness. Better than expected.

clear amber, thin tan head, sweet carmel malt aroma, good sweet carmel malt flavor well mixed with some tasty chocolate, nice toffee character, enough balance to keep it from being too sweet,

Sample at the Rancho Dr brewpub. This beer is a dark reddish-amber color with a medium thin light beige head that dissipates steadily. Thin sheets of lace slide down the glass quickly. Mild caramel malt aroma. Medium body with a smooth texture, and flavors of bready malt, caramel and light hops and nuts in the background. The finish is sweet with malt lingering for a bit. Barely average overall.

dark copper brown pour with a thin off white head. it smells a bit sweet... toffee, malt and strawberries. the palate is a bit sugary but surprisingly good... caramel malty, toffee, biscuit, grassy, earthy hops and a dry alcoholic finish... the abv% is not unpleasant, it is just noticeable and thinning. . the medium body is crisp and soft due to ample carbonation. 5/3/7/3/12/3.0
