Sample at Ale Alpharetta. Pours light yellow, with a small, off-white head. The aroma is floral hops, resin, and butterscotch. Very bitter, but with a nice, malty sweetness. Medium body, with a thin, astringent, chalky, and grainy mouthfeel, that somehow ends up being very pleasant. This is an over-age IIPA that’s aged surprisingly well.
Bottle at home. Pours lightly hazy orange with a large, frothy cream colored head, long retention with great lacing. Aroma is moderate citrus, pine and fruity hops with medium bready malt and tropical fruit esters. Flavor is tropical fruit esters, medium doughy bread malt, heavy citrus, pine and fruity hops and bitterness with a medium dry finish. Full body and moderate carbonation. 500mL can, pours a cloudy deep dark orange with a light head. Aroma is extremely malty, with lots of caramel and not enough hop resins. Flavour is extremely malty and cloyingly sweet, with cloying brown sugar, subdued hop resins, and nasty cloying sweetness, almost a tartness to. Really bad. bb (9525) - Alamo, California, USA - MAY 13, 2016

Willrunforbeer hand carried this 22 oz. bottle back from Vegas, much thanks! Golden / orange color with fast dying head. Aroma is pretty fruit upfront and turns into pine. WillRunForBeer (2675) - Massachusetts, USA - JUL 16, 2015
The flavor profile is pretty good. Grapefruit, nectarine peel or citrus like pith. The bitterness is pretty substantial with lingering pine. Lengthy after the sip. The malt bill is big enough to help with balance but still displays the hops. Dry texture with normal carbonation level.
Bomber that was gifted time by Jeff at Shakespear’s in Henderson, NV. Thanks! Pours orange gold with a grayish off white head. Aroma is pine, grapefruit, a touch of honey, a touch of garlic. Flavor is caramel malts, pine, grapefruit pith bitterness. Ibrew2or3 (8660) - Tempe, Arizona, USA - JUL 1, 2015
22oz bomber pours with a wonderfully hop hazed looking deep gold body that has thin copper hues and supports a dirty white head of foam. The aroma offers up sweetened ripe citrus and juicy smelling mango with thin spicy onion like hops in the background. The taste is big and full and juicy with pineapple and mango like hoppiness. To midway it picks up tangelo citrus flowing into spicy bitter onion hoppy dankness. This is working very well with a pleasing blend of juicy and bitter spicy hops supported by an adequate malty base. Solid. Itzjerm (2959) - Taft, Tennessee, USA - APR 13, 2015
Where is the aroma? Solid mouth feel. Maybe over carbed? Malty hoppy enjoyable. No head. No aroma. Average.
