BeerandBlues2 (13806) - Escondido, California, USA - AUG 4, 2017
Draught at the brewery. Pours cloudy yellow with a medium, frothy white head, short retention with light lacing. Aroma is bready wheat malt, coriander and citrus. Flavor is moderate earthy and bready wheat malt, coriander and citrus with a dry finish. Light body and moderate carbonation.

Watch dog tangerine wit. A citrus forward but otherwise boring and spritz wit beer. A little yeasty, but watery and too bubbly.

Had on cask. Aroma is fairly fruity, more lemon than orange. The flavor has some bubbly bite. More lemon than I like. Okay.

This just isn’t a style of beer I can get excited for. Thin and wheaty in general, this is pretty similar. I know lots of people love this for the summer, just not me.

decaturstevo (6343) - decatur, Tennessee, USA - MAY 10, 2013
Hazed orange pour with creamy white head and lace. Aroma of light lemon and wheat. Sour flat paper with a wheaty bitter finish. Medium bodied and a bit fizzy.

Champagne like carbonation is this beer’s best selling point. Light body has great mouthfeel. Small on citrus flavors but apparent in the aroma. Finishes long.

mcdav2154 (448) - GERMANY - APR 1, 2010
On tap at the brewery. Appearance of this one is the way it should be with a light golden cloudiness. Aroma is citrus and wheat but something seemed a bit off. Kind of too sour. Taste was the same. Really didn’t enjoy this one. I much rather have a witbier straight from belium.

badlizard (5533) - Berkeley, California, USA - JUL 23, 2009
On tap at pizza port. Hazy yellow with a fizzy white head. Sweet malty citrus and clove aroma and taste with a crisp finish.

2.8
hellbilly (3306) - scottsdale über alles, Arizona, USA - JUL 6, 2009
hazy straw yellow with a medium sized white sluggish head. it smells dusty... wet wheat, earthy spice and orange with faint yeast notes. the flavor is much the same... very wheaty, light lemon acidity and really muddy... like pond water? yeasty dirty aftertaste. light to medium bodied and a little creamy though it has prickly carbonation. why they have two wheat beers on tap simultaneously is odd. especially when one is kickass and this is barely mediocre? 6/3/5/3/11/2.8

sebletitje (10293) - Enghien, BELGIUM - MAY 18, 2009
Sampler at Big Dogs Brewing, Las Vegas. Pours golden haze, white head. Aroma yeasty, orange peel, some light spicy notes of coriander, and curacao. Taste, orange peel, coriander, light yeasty mouthfeel and a med. carbonation.

Bockyhorsey (2638) - Mesa, Arizona, USA - MAY 5, 2009
Sample at brew pub. Coriander is dominate for the aroma on this one. Cloudy glod body with white head. Flavor had some zesty zip to it along with the oranges and quite refreshing. Find more wits to be all grain and dry not much else. Good wit reminded me of the wits at Four Peaks and BJ’S in AZ.
