One of the first darker blackberry ales that I’ve had. Very drinkable, medium body, thin head but strong blackberry finish. Not too sweet.
On tap at Big E, pours a dark mahogany with a small beige head. Aroma is subtle, with minor notes of blackberry - not overly aromatic. Flavour is pretty muted and uncharacteristic, with light blackberry notes that become more apparent with subsequent sips. Pretty one-dimensional, though pleasant enough. fiulijn (20411) - Vancouver, British Columbia, CANADA - SEP 22, 2014

Dark amber color, hazy. Caramelly brew, lean, with some blackberry (artificial) hint, and some glue, mainly in the finish.
Not very good.
Draught in a flight at the brewpub. Pours a darker brown color. Nose isn’t nearly as fruity as I would have expected - I only get a bit of blueberry in there. Taste is a little bit sweet, and definitely fruit, which is not something I’m a big fan of. Meh. luttonm (6156) - Seattle, Washington, USA - JAN 23, 2014
Draft at Brewpub, as a year-round ’Blackberry Ale’. Deep, purple-tinged mahogany brown. Very creamy, nitro-like foam. Sweet aroma, subtle fruit. Smooth body, actually very tasty and refined. Nicely balanced. Pleasant surprise of the night! dr_sarcastor (66) - - JUN 26, 2013
Although I like a good blackberry wheat, this was not it. Way more bitter than expected and not a good mix of sweet and bitter.

Dark amber in color, clear with a thin head. Fruit aroma was light more malt. Fruit flavor was also subtle. You get a slight blackberry and strong malt and alcohol flavors. Dry finish this was a pretty decent beer. OldMrCrow (2435) - Seattle, Washington, USA - DEC 29, 2011

Dark pour, mouthfeel a bit on the fizzy side. Not a sour, but sour hints atop a reasonably well-balanced blackberry beer that while fruity, thankfully doesn’t veer into sweet syrup.
On tap at the brewery/brewpub. Pours clear deep amber with light tan head. The aroma is modest in strength and pushes up dark berries that seem to be on the tart side along with raw organic dark berriness. kp (10882) - Woodstock, Georgia, USA - NOV 7, 2009
