On tap at Schaumburg location, pours a hazy golden with a thin head, the aroma has a little bit of hop presence, not a lot there though, the flavor has a slight hop kick on the front end with a slightly sweet finish, seems pretty watery though out, meh. nuplastikk (6633) - Madison, Wisconsin, USA - APR 13, 2014
Sampler at Schaumburg. The most interesting Ram beer I’ve had so far, which isn’t saying much. Oliy hemp seed burnt tones. I pretty much get toasted oily hemp all the way. An oddity. Somewhere between an India Brown Ale and an APA. Another loser. ben4321 (6901) - Hoboken, New Jersey, USA - OCT 26, 2015
Sampled at Ram-Rosemont, 10/26/15. Hazy orange. Sweet orange juice aroma. Orange juice flavor as well, with a light bitterness as well. Light and a little thin. Just kinda dull. kramer (6991) - Sunbury, Pennsylvania, USA - JAN 8, 2017
Clear dark gold body with a wispy white head. The nose is equal parts citrusy hops and sweet crystal malt, the crystal is a big turnoff for me. The flavor is sweet and under attenuated with a heavy iced tea crystal malt finish. Very light citrusy hoppiness. Light to medium bodied with a sticky residual sweetness and soft fizzy carbonation. This one is not up my alley for the style. jujubeast6000 (854) - Houston, Texas, USA - JUL 8, 2007
Sampler @ Ram brewery: Sweet citrus hop aroma. Pale brown in color. Grapefruity hoppy taste, but balanced okay. A little dry on the palate.

On tap at the Ram in Seattle. Copper w/ small head. Mostly just roasted malt. No hop presence. More like a disappointing amber ale. Block (3222) - Indianapolis, Indiana, USA - JUN 26, 2011
Light, pale with a faint aroma and flavor. Straw and grass notes with just a touch of hops. Christpuncher (3215) - Chicago, Illinois, USA - JAN 22, 2013
Decent for a craft pale ale. Very yellowish to gold in color with a distinct smell which I did not enjoy. Would not get again.

Draft. From notes. This beer is pretty weak and watery. Some light hops throughout with a weak malt backbone. Meh. brokensail (16696) - Dublin, California, USA - AUG 28, 2015
On tap @ Ram - Kent. Clear orange pour with white foam. Mostly kind of earthy and dirty hop profile. There’s some citrus, caramel, and a bit of grass. Maybe some pine. Lots of bread and caramel malt sweetness on this. Sort of an unpleasant bitterness, too. Bitter caramel water.
