Appearance: Clear golden with a white head
Not much aroma or taste, light malts
Easy drinkability and clean, but not much to it.
Sampled at the Indy brewpub. Cloudy gold with a nice white head. Nice lacing. Tart citrus flavor is quite bitter. Caramel has an oatmeal effect. Grapefruit rules here. Decent but nothing more. 22415brewery (379) - Washington, USA - JUL 11, 2010
Not a lot of hops in the nose; mainly floral, with a touch of rye spice. An interesting pale ale that is fun to compare to the more hoppy-styles of pale ale that are currently so popular. Citrus hops are evident however fairly non-distinct. Not a bad pale overall, and the addition of the rye malt makes it interesting. Vir4030 (603) - Chicago, Illinois, USA - JUN 25, 2010
Light orange color with almost no head. Very little aroma, and bitter like an IPA. Not sure what to make of this beer. Spicy, too. Beerona97 (2399) - Washington, USA - JUN 18, 2010
Draft at C.I. Shenanigans Spokane. Slightly hazy yellow orange. Aroma of mostly tropical citrus with an earthy spice. Taste is also sweet citrus, mild bitter finish. Smooth.

Sample at the Schaumburg location. The beer is a clear orange-amber color with a medium thin bone white head that fizzes away quickly. Spotty lacing on the glass. Lightly spiced hops and citrus in the nose. Light body with flavors of grapefruity hops, malt and caramel. The finish is short and mildly hoppy. Just average overall. mrhoppy (1288) - Santa Clara, California, USA - APR 18, 2010
Some times I am a man of few words. This beer was good. AmEricanbrew (6878) - Same Trailer, Different Park, Louisiana, USA - JAN 30, 2010
Clear amber color/ beige head. Mild piney hop aromas. medium body. Very fresh tasting bitter pine hop, caramel malt flavors. good. BrewDawg21 (1) - Idaho, USA - SEP 29, 2009 does not count
Certainly not an award winner in my book. I got it on tap at a Ram in Boise. Drank it while watching my Seahawks. Definitely noticed hops on the nose. Nothing to write home about. Dry and malty. Enough for my football game. HonkeyBra (4044) - Lemont, Illinois, USA - AUG 15, 2009
Reddish pour, aroma of butter and hop extract. Flavor is cardboard, some caramel, butter and weird sweetness. Lots of carb, i keep burping. 5 bucks for a growler, but I don’t even want to finish it.
