Pale yellow in color. Wonderful apple pie spice; nutmeg, clove, light pear...all of those flavors carry out in the taste as well. Pretty delicious.

On tap at brewpub at University Village in Seattle. Pours milky golden orange with spritz of white head and lacing. Aroma: clove, banana, orange, yeast. Flavor: all of the above, plus coriander. Mouthfeel: medium-bodied, creamy. Bulk_Carrier (6064) - Vermont, USA - MAR 5, 2017
Poured into a pint glass, the appearance was a burnt yellow color with a white finger’s worth of white foamy head. Slow dissipation. Some light messy lace.
The aroma had some citrus, coriander and a perfumey flowery sort of wheaty maltiness.
The flavor had some malty wheatiness, somewhat sweet up front. Floral and citrusy perfume qualities follow in underneath. Lingering floral to wheaty aftertaste rolling into the finish.
On the palate, this one sat about a light to medium on the body with a decent sessionability about it. Nice carbonation and ABV felt as projected.
Overall, pretty good Americanized witbier worthy of more pours basically in the Summer if I could get it.

Draft at source. Nose is moderate citrus with ample coriander in the background. Not to perfumes but definitely there. Taste is a weird celery flavor initially followed by a citrus note. On tap @ Ram - Kent. Hazed yellow pour with white foam. Some tangy lemon and a bunch of dried spices, particularly coriander and white pepper. Some crackery, biscuity malts, too. Pour on tap at the brewpub, hazy yellow pour with thin white head, aroma brought notes of slight white fruit, hints of biscuit, bread, slight coriander, touch of grassy notes, pretty standard wit. Taste is a mix of white fruit, grass, biscuit, slight yeasty, spicy notes, finishing sweet.
