Pours hazy golden with a small, nicely lacing white head. Nose is mellow grapefruit hops, faint creamy malt. Strong grapefruit hops flavor that segues into a short biscuity malt middle and finishes with a long, bitter finish that continues to taste of citrus. Pretty good. ilikestuff (224) - Irving, Texas, USA - OCT 24, 2007
UPDATED: OCT 25, 2007 Arlington Location- A very nice example of an American IPA. It’s good to be able to find good brews around here, and Humperdinks is one of the few places you can find them. This one pours an amber with little white head. Fairly high carbonation gives this a drier palate than would otherwise be. Bitterness is clean and balanced. My only complaint is a lack of hop flavor, dry hopping should have been used more. A great IPA. presario (4916) - Stampede City, Alberta, CANADA - MAR 26, 2008
Sample glass @ C I Shenanigans. Solid not overpowering hop aroma. Dark amber. Thick head. Hops grow on you. Nice fruitiness; melon and citrus. riversideAK (6261) - Shoreline, Washington, USA - APR 15, 2008
Golden orange color. Nice Pacific Northwest Hop aroma. Smells a little uniquely fruity too. Flavors of floral, pine, and pepper w pale malts and a little fruity sweetness. Finishes a little spicy. I enjoyed this one quite a bit. eyesolus (64) - Mill Creek, Washington, USA - MAR 16, 2009
Tap; good bitterness not to sharp; assertive citrus but doesn’t overpower; nice copper amber appearance. (#44)

Tap. Sweet orange and grapefruit peel/pine aroma. Golden yellow color with small head. Sweet orange and moderately bitter grapefruit peel/pine hops flavor. Good, standard IPA. dnstone (3418) - Las Vegas, Nevada, USA - MAY 9, 2012
Floral hop aroma. Oramge-amber in color. Hoppy and caramel malty taste. A real clean finish, almost like an amber ale.

Draft. Red brown pour with tan head. Spices and light hop aromas. Light hop flavor, but drinkable. nuplastikk (6289) - Madison, Wisconsin, USA - APR 13, 2014
Sampler at Schaumburg. Far and away the best beer I had at Ram. Big grapefruit rind hop tones. Easy drinking, with a steady classic NW hop bill. Nice to end the otherwise lackluster sampler with. Right on. Ferris (15292) - Burnaby, British Columbia, CANADA - JAN 21, 2015
Draft - Pine and grapefruit. Cloudy gold with a decent white head. Tropical fruit and grapefruit with a nice balanced bitterness. Very nice and fruity.
