Pours hazy yellow with thin white head. Faint malt nose. Grainy, thin flavor, almost like a pale lager but with a bit of floral hops. Light bodied but not watery. Faint bitter finish. Neh. AustinMilbarge (681) - Denver, Colorado, USA - JUN 29, 2003
Fort Collins Brew Fest 2003: For the most part, without character. I suppose the description is right, in that novice beer drinkers won't be put off by strong flavors. Syzzer (647) - Oregon, USA - OCT 12, 2013
Enjoyed on tap at Ram restaurant/brewery @ the bar. The color is a clear yellow with a light white head that dissipates. Flavor is a crisp slight citrusy-vague bread. Not a lot of flavor, ok -easy drinking blonde. Suck it down. 5.7 BD dp (608) - uniontown, Ohio, USA - MAR 23, 2006
very easy to drink, seemed almost like a light, on draft, wouldn’t seek it out, not sure what "made it famous" spikester (606) - Salem, Oregon, USA - DEC 28, 2008
From a growler fill at The Ram in Salem, Oregon.
Light amber color with a modest white head, good amount of lacings for the style.
Aroma is slight floral hops much better than a macro.
Taste is plenty of malt sweetness immediately smacked down by some real hop bitterness. Some real yeast flavors as well. Slightly dry finish. Tastes very Pilsner like but the malts and hops are bumped up a bit from that style. Overall an easy drinker with some decent character. When you are in the mood for a light bodied session beer give this a try.

Not a lot too is one, very light, not a lot of aroma or flavor. Pours up lit like water. shendrix (478) - Waukesha, Wisconsin, USA - DEC 28, 2006
Nothing to write home about here. Crisp with a malt and wheat nose. A bit of lemon zest to simulate complexity on the palate. Better than a macro. WABeerFiend (413) - - JAN 20, 2015
Draft at the Puyallup, WA location.
A: Flower and graham cracker.
A: See through yellow. Very bubbly.
T: Flower and graham cracker dominate.
O: This was a very, very simple beer even for a blonde. I’m glad that the food overpowered this because there wasn’t much flavor anyway. foduck (330) - Seattle, Washington, USA - JUN 4, 2003

#@$% bartender gave me this! Ugh! Nasty stuff, reminded me of malt liquors. The worst brewpub beer I've ever had. Avoid this one. Big Horn actually makes some decent beers, but this isn't one of them.
Pours golden with small white head. Aroma is light malt with a hint of butterscotch. Taste is light malt with a hint of toffee. Not very good.
