It is designed to attract the beginning micro beer drinker. The addition of Willamette and Cascade hops gives this ale a crisp, clean character that is not challenging to a novice. This beer is enjoyed by experienced micro drinkers because of its character.

Head is initially small, fizzy, white, fully diminishing. Body is medium yellow, moderate density of small particles. Aroma is lightly malty (grain, cereal), lightly hoppy (flowers). Flavor is lightly sweet, lightly acidic, lightly bitter. Finish is moderately acidic, lightly bitter. Light to medium body, watery texture, lively carbonation.

Sampled at the Indy brewpub. Almost as clear as water with a slightly golden hue. No head. Aroma so light it is indistinguishable. Some malt in the flavor (or maybe it was the fried pickle chips). There just isnt much going on.

Draft at Ram, Indianapolis....as Indy Blonde. Clear, gold, small white head. Light fruit, honey aroma. Taste is sweet, fruity, honey-lemon. very light... mild and tasty...easy tasting, sessionable little beer.

On tap in Richardson, Texas. Golden color with a white head. Aroma is lemons and oranges. Flavor is wheat and biscuit malt, with a ton of what strongly resembles circus peanuts. Thin mouthfeel and medium carbonation. Not good at all, but there are worse beers on tap at Humperdinks.

(draught) very pale yellow no bubbles. Nose of corn, butter and grains. Taste of apple, butter, grains and wet corns husks. Toasty finish thats undercarbed.

Sampled at Ram-Rosemont, 10/26/15. As Chicago Blonde. Clear gold color with no head. Corn and adjunct type aroma / flavor with some grains as well. Light body. What youd expect.
