Bright fizzy yellow...no discernable odor...bubbly mouthfeel...crisp finish, frozen waffle aftertaste...the low carb is much better, surprisingly...

Head is initially small, fizzy, white, fully diminishing. Body is medium yellow, moderate density of small particles. Aroma is lightly malty (grain, cereal), lightly hoppy (flowers). Flavor is lightly sweet, lightly acidic, lightly bitter. Finish is moderately acidic, lightly bitter. Light to medium body, watery texture, lively carbonation.

Very weak beer. Crisp to say the least. I had to try really hard to pick out the hops and malts because everything was toned down so much. A bit of skunkiness in the finish...watery crap.

UPDATED: JUL 20, 2005 I would have thought I was drinking one of the better macro-lagers had I not watched the barmaid pour the drink. Yellow in color with lots of tight carbonation and a small fizzy white head, this had no discernable aroma. It’s got a sweet bready taste with a clean finish. A pint is not worth $4.00.

I was talking to a custmer who insisted I had to drive down the street from his place and try the best beer he ever had...OK!?! So much for word of mouth. Not horrible, but SO VERY bland. To each his own, I guess.

This beer sucks, nothing more really to say about it then that. Pale fizzy in color and head. Nothing to it at all.

Good label but the beer is quite thin with little flavour. Some malts, a touch of sweetness and enough to wet the tongue.

Strykzone (7356) - Wood River, Illinois, USA - AUG 16, 2010
Sampled at the Indy brewpub. Almost as clear as water with a slightly golden hue. No head. Aroma so light it is indistinguishable. Some malt in the flavor (or maybe it was the fried pickle chips). There just isn’t much going on.

Tasted on tap at the Fort Collins Horserooth location. Pours a clear, light yellow appearance. Very weak light malty aroma. Thin body with pale malts and light hops. Bitter taste and finish. Tastes a like a microbrew version of a Bud Light.

A good beer for people who don’t care def not beginning craft beer enthusiasts.
