On cask at Washington Brewers’ Fest 2009. Was drinking their coconut porter when I caught a huge come-hither whiff of funky grapefruit/pine hops from 3 feet away and had to try it. Taste added some pineapple but didn’t really live up to the smell. Cloudy orange-amber without much of a head. Medium-bodied and smooth.
Draught @ Brouwer’s Café:   Amberish, slight haze, moderate to large white head, nice lacing, mild carbonation.   Citrus rind and hops on the nose.   Very slight varnish.   Sweet citrusy notes on the tongue, mild hoppiness, even faint biscuit.   This one is tasty.   Clean finish.   Body and mouthfeel are fairly hefty.   Not sure of the style but feels like it would sit between an IPA and an IIPA.   I could drink this all day.   Good balance of sweetness and hoppiness.   Very enjoyable, if even a bit on the sweet side.   Nice work Kevin and/or Dave! alexanderj (3605) - Branson, Missouri, USA - APR 5, 2009
On tap at Brouwer’s. Murky dark amber in color. Aroma of flowers, citrus, and fruit. Great aroma, but only an ok flavor. Some BO, citrus, pine and earthy wood. Solid anders37 (26987) - Malmö, SWEDEN - AUG 14, 2008
Cask @ WABF 2008. Pours a hazy amber color with a small white head. Malty hoppy aroma with some citrus hints. Malty hoppy bitter flavor with hints of citrus and pine needles. Has a malty hoppy bitter finish. bitbucket (2166) - Kirkland, Washington, USA - JUN 17, 2008
On tap at WABL Fathers Day BrewFest 2008. Pours hazy orange-amber with a lacy off-white head. Medium body. Some citrus in the taste Dry pine and earth finish. This one strikes me more as an Imperial ESB than an IPA.

On tap at Northgate Ram. Server said it was a 7% IPA. Poured a hazy amber with a nice head. Aroma was big on hops with good citrus, pine, and pepper. Nice bitter West Coast IPA. Citrus and pine dominate the flavor with a little biscuit and caramel malt. Lingering hops and resin. Very enjoyable.
