MI2CA (1340) - Noblesville, Indiana, USA - MAY 1, 2007
On tap - Ram Fishers, IN - served in frozen pint filled to the brim - Aroma of toasted caramel and toffee malts. Pours transparent dirty water brown with no head or lacing. Flavor matches aroma with an overall sweetness. Palate is clean and a touch sticky. Not offensive, but boring.

BrewDad (5328) - Olympia, Washington, USA - APR 25, 2007
Tap - Lacey, WA
Deep amber color with a thin head. This lager went down very smooth and was full of malty flavors. There where some hints of spices and other lingering characters. This was a decent beer. Hope to drink more.

Ughsmash (7508) - Pewaukee, Wisconsin, USA - APR 10, 2007
On tap at Ram - Rosemont, IL. Poured a clear lighter coppery orange with a very light dusting of off-white head. Aroma picked up some caramel surrounded by woodsy notes.. some floral.. sweet overall and a touch toasty. Flavor picked up lightly smoked drawn caramel, some sweetener, leafy hoppage, and some alcohol... not very well-made, but drinkable enough. Light-medium bodied and thicker on the back-end.. rather poor flow to it. Not so good.

Not a fan of this brew, had a funky finish that made me think they might have something wrong with this batch. Very fruity malt up front but with a sour musty finish.

On tap @ C.B. Potts Broomfield poured a clear gold with a small dissapating white head. Aromas of sweet malt, light fruit [apple, pear] and carmel. Palate was light bodied and crisp. Flavors of sweet malt, hint of carmel and a bit of citrus with a crisp clean finish.

Sampled on draft at the Arlington Humperdinks. Pretty much brewed to style with no negative aroma or flavor characteristics. Just too plain to be remarkable. Bold malt profile as one might expect for a maibock. I’d drink it again if I were in Arlington TX and wanting a decent beer.

Tmoney99 (14747) - Cincinnati, Ohio, USA - APR 24, 2006
Draft in Indianapolis. Deep amber color with an average frothy white head. Light balanced malty aroma. Medium body with soft carbonation. Medium sweet malt flavor with a smooth average finish. Good drinkable brew.

harlequinn (2744) - Tacoma, Washington, USA - APR 16, 2006
Deep golden brass coloring, with a very clear appearance and a small white head. Aroma is sweet and fruity, with a caramel malt flavor. Well balanced, but light and kind of lacking in flavor.
