On tap at bitter Creek boise. Pours out copper golden topped with a sand head. Nose is nice light malts some nice hop notes. Taste is more of the nice hop malt combo. onceblind (10861) - Denver, Colorado, USA - APR 10, 2016
Clear copper like a fresh penny, under a thin sticky light ivory cap. Nice Amber and mossy nose with a lovely cardamom undertone. Crisp flavor with a nice Amber nuttiness and smooth Irish moss bitterness. Toast and moss and American amber malt. stevoj (5864) - Boise, Idaho, USA - APR 3, 2016
On tap at RAM-Boise. Served in a frosted glass, which negates an already weak nose. Decent looking pour, the best feature of this beer. Taste tried to accent some toffee malts, but is ruined by metallic, acidic finish. Weak. Gription79 (2892) - Bountiful, Utah, USA - JUL 3, 2015
Cloudy Brown with Amber hues, coffee, toffee, caramel saltiness, biscuit, light hop character, slightly cheesy hop note, this may be from toasted malts giving me a slightly oxidized impression andrewje41 (4519) - Kenmore, Washington, USA - MAR 15, 2014
Draft pour. Copper color with little head. Mostly malt flavor with an empty finish. Bland. Not impressed.

Draft at shaumburg. Meh. Pretty weak. Thin taste of grains and slight caramel. Pass. DrnkMcDermott (3175) - Downers Grove, Illinois, USA - APR 16, 2013
Draft sample at the Schaumburg RAM. More hop on the nose, and I also scent a bit of unfiltered yeast. Reddish amber in color. Tinge of roastiness to the taste, like a Vienna version of an English bitter. I seem to taste a few sharp US hops added to the main English hop load. crossovert (14128) - Chicago, Illinois, USA - APR 6, 2013
Very weak an uninspired irish red, watery, light malt notes, not sure of the style. jeremytoni (3085) - Swedesboro, New Jersey, USA - MAR 28, 2012
From the tap poured an amber color with a fair amount of head. Nice light malty hoppy flavor with a quick finish. riversideAK (6265) - Shoreline, Washington, USA - MAR 19, 2012
Caramel, toast, toffee, and light hop spice on the nose. Slightly sweet from the ale yeast. Pours dark reddish, thin tan head. The flavor is light and sweet with caramel, toast, toffee, a little nutty, light earthy bitterness, and a clean crisp sweetness to round out this finish. Not a bad beer by any means, just somewhat uninteresting.
