(Ram Restaurant and Brewery, Schaumburg, IL) Draft... DLD’08... Black with a small, creamy, white head. Good retention. Mocha (milk chocolate and coffee) aroma. Medium to full-bodied and creamy with modest carbonation. Crisp, chocolaty, moderately bitter and lightly sweet. Finishes bone-dry.

On tap @ C.B. & Potts in Greenwood Village, CO. Dark deep brown with a light tan foamy head. Smell is malty cocoa with hints of coffee. No surprises there. Taste is very typical of the style: medium bodied with nothes of chocolate, subtle coffee, very light carmel. Has a finish that kinda faded out in flavor, somehwat stale tasting there. Not special, kinda weak.
