From a bottle, it has a golden color and gives you all that you would expect from a Belgian style.

Pours a thin head on a clear darker straw body. Aroma has a strong plum smell, some candy and apricot too. Taste has a mild dark fruit flavor throughout, with a pine and grapefruit bitter note at the end. Texture is crisp.

furthur (1225) - Eagle River, Alaska, USA - JAN 9, 2017
Bottle from brewery, hazy light amber beer, skiff of white foam. Aroma is banana, coriander, malt. Taste is honey, spice, coriander, and a hint of black pepper, with a little hops bite on he end. Palate is rich and thick, carbonation subdued. This is nice for a Belgian.

Bomber. Orange-gld, almost clear, with lace. Spicy nose, honey, oranges, nice Belgian yeast. Sweet malty flavor, spicy and peppery. Fully, silky body. Honey comes through. Very interesting spicy, peppery finish that appears to be only from the yeast.
