Very dark red, albeit brown Very creamy texture and the flavor is like a malt cream with a caramel finish. A lot of toffee and a bit sweet for me, but a great beer nonetheless.

Red-to-copper in color with nice white head. Aroma is malty with subtle orange/tangerine. Medium mouth feel with good carbonation. Taste is malty sweet with nice piney bittering and orange/tangerine tones.

On tap at the brewery. Clear amber, not particularly red. Nose has caramel and citrus. Near-perfect marriage of malts and hops. Long after taste and lives up to the name giant.

pdx77 (1717) - Oregon, USA - JUL 16, 2014
On draught at Big Island Brewhaus. Maroonish amber color. Aroma is toffee, sweet caramel, dark malt, and tart citrus. Taste is toffee, candi sugar, roasted malt, grapefruit, and lightly tart citrus. Big flavors in the finish, with lingering sweet caramel and lightly bitter hops in the finish.
