At moedic lambic, on tap. Coffee, chocolate, toasty. Good depth. Not the intensity of an imperial stout, but excellent. oliodnb (662) - ITALY - APR 10, 2014
Dark reddish brown, beige uneven fluffy head. Smells of chocolate, coffee, roasted malts, red fruits and some dough. Very rich taste, a lot of roasted malts and chocolate again with a lot of coffee, sweeter than what expected. Some hops in the finish. climberbob (458) - Virginia, USA - APR 10, 2014
Draft at Chez Moeder, rated from memory. Black w thin head. Roasty bitterness with some mild smokey notes. Decent stout - especially for a Belgian which is rare! BeerBaboon (2083) - FINLAND - FEB 22, 2014

Bouteille(750ml):Deep brownish-black coloured, big loose tanned head, solid sweetish-bitter chocolatey and fruity (dried red berries) nose, hints of vanilla and chocolate cake; moderate to solid bitter-sweet flavour, medium bodied and relatively soft; lingering soft sweetish chocolatey and fruity finish, caramel included, followed by a bitter aftertaste. Very fine and well crafted stuff… Mora2000 (6158) - McKinney, Texas, USA - DEC 2, 2013
Dark brown pour with a brown head. The aroma has some dark fruit, chocolate and roasted malt notes. The flavor is similar with a lot of chocolate and roasted malt. I also get some dark fruit and a bit of coffee. Medium to thick mouthfeel and medium carbonation. allesmetkaas (170) - NETHERLANDS - NOV 16, 2013
