12 oz. bottle, bought 8/21 at Big Muddy. Kept refrigerated for 4 months, but hop nose does not seem as strong as their description would suggest. But a pleasant, slightly piney nose. Sudsy foam atop a murky amber body filled with "floaties." But the taste does indeed have plenty of pine resin, and a bit of citrus and floral hop notes. IPA style malts are a bit thicker than normal for the style. Alcohol is apparent, and some "chewiness." Still, it's starting to show a bit of phenol. I clearly should have gotten to this sooner. But it's still pretty good. PhillyCraft (8306) - Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, USA - SEP 27, 2017
Sampled at Wilco, pours golden orange with average top. Notes of old galaxy hops, pineapple, cheese, and loads of sweet malt. Not for me at all. Jrwhitney6 (523) - - NOV 13, 2016
Pours a cloudy orangish color from can with fluffy foam head. Nose of citrus, pine - but slightly different than prototypical IPA. Taste is more apricot, citrus and some bitterness on the finish. Good.

16 ounce can from the fridge Lancaster. Pours a light orange with light medium head. Not much aroma on opening. Bottom of can has cryptic numbers, no use by date(boo). A nice full-bodied bitter slightly oily hop flavor. Hard to tell how old this is. Good, but nothing exceptional

16oz can (Courtesy of Headbanger) poured into a Shaker at 45°. Color is a bright clear gold with good carbonation and a nice white head. Aroma is hoppy with fruit, citrus and a touch of pine. It has a lighter medium body with a crisp mouth feel. Flavor comes on a clean malt back bone with crisp citrus and pine. A balanced bitterness shows in the after taste with the citrus holding on. Overall a good IPA, it has evenly balanced light flavors that make it a very easy drinking brew. reberiii (497) - Pennsylvania, USA - MAR 10, 2016
Big Muddy Brewing, Galaxy IPA. Solid 3.7 IPA. Enjoyed it, would get another one, and the price is great for a pounder of this ABV. Bif (2415) - St. Charles, Missouri, USA - JUN 20, 2015
On tap at Shamrocks. Served a dark golden color with a nice head and some lacing. Aroma of pine, malt and caramel. Taste of malt, some pine and citrus with caramel sweetness. Decent bitterness and the finish was quite dry. Medium body, crisp with out being overly hopped. The 7.5% ABV is well hidden. jmohno (1681) - Iowa, USA - MAY 16, 2015
Pours a hazed orange, big foamy head. Fruity floral aroma, sweet malt. Kind of an oxidized/ belgiany aroma. Taste is aroma then some dry toast malt, lightly sweet grapefruit pine finish.Planty grassy hop resin taste somewhat mild. A bit flat and watery even though carbonation is above average.Foamy but flat and dull or stale, oxidized possibly.ok. Kind of disappointing for an ipa. Tastes on its way to oxidation or infection. Has that character.
