Sweet dried fruit aroma with some brown sugar. Almost clear amber under a white ring. Potent dried fruit flavour with spicy caramel and a bit of licorice. Sweet. Medium body, moderate to medium carbonation, sweet yet clean finish. probstblueribbon (3791) - Nepean, Ontario, CANADA - DEC 21, 2012
Sample at brew pub. Hazy copper with no head. Very fruity, lots of berries, light citrus, really sweet, brown sugar, a little booze, pretty nice. Medium+ body, fine, sparse effervescence. Intense fruitiness, really sweet, boozy, citrus, butterscotch, light warm spices; sweet with gentle bitterness and a long, sweet, warmly boozy and quite comforting finish.
