On tap at BRG in Chattanooga while #1 Clemson is beating (so far) SC. Appearance: amber colored body with excellent clarity.Semi-durable tan head and a little spotty lacing. Lightly sweet aroma with about equal hops and malts. Flavor: lightly sweet up front and mildly bitter by mid-taste; hints of baked bread with ample hops. The medium body is smooth; near medium carbonation. O: solid but unexceptional.

On tap near brewery. Light yellow color and smallish head. Aroma is European hops and some light cereal. The flavors keep reminding me of crappy American lager, but it is obvious that the ingredients are of a higher quality in this pilsner. Decent representation of the style - for me, anyway.

Pint on tap. Clear topaz with a lasting covering of creamy bubbles and a nice lacing. Mild aroma of toast, honey, grass and scorched rubber. Tastes of light toast, citrus, honey toasted grain, dry grass, and a faint touch of scorched grain. Medium body is well balanced and has medium carbonation and a crisp finish. Minus the scorch this would be pretty good.

Draft. Poured straw with a medium-sized white head. Aroma was noble hops, light yeast, light malt. Flavor was doughy malt, spicy hops, earthy, yeasty. Yeastier than most pilsners, but actually quite good.

You know this isnt too bad. Overall i was impressed compared to my low expectations. Taste has a nice noble hop kick that made it drinkable and nice.

doesnt taste like a sack of old pennies. Cheapish malts, a little muddled. Like pink, this is very mediocre

Pours clear yellow orange. No nose. Palate is very light, a mild hop. Not offensive, just no real flavor. This is a training bra craft beer.
