12 oz. bottle via trade with decaturstevo - Pours a clear amber color with a 1/2 finger thick off white head. Faint lacing. Aroma is a bready, toasted malt. Flavor is biscuit malt and light spice. This beer is very Fat Tire like and thats a good thing. Medium body. A pretty good beer. Thanks Steve. harlequinn (2744) - Tacoma, Washington, USA - AUG 8, 2004
Sweet malty nutty flavors. Very smooth and easy to drink. A good session beer. tronraner (2459) - Walland, Tennessee, USA - NOV 10, 2011
Draught at the Hamilton Place location. Pours light copper with sticky off-white head. The aroma is very mild with toasted malt, a tangerine hint, and subtle fruity hops. The flavor is very mellow with toasted malt, a hint of caramel, a little bit of wood. There’s a sweetness that somehow reminds me of the marshmallows in Lucky Charms cereal. Light fruity hops in the finish. The caramel quality sticks around through the aftertaste. It seems to get fruitier after several sips. redlight (2318) - Orlando, Florida, USA - FEB 10, 2008
A light amber color with a thin white head. Caramel malts, slightly toasty aroma. Some carmel flavors, toasted malts, a little thin. boto (2211) - Granby, Connecticut, USA - JAN 15, 2003
UPDATED: MAY 4, 2005 Draught in Chattanooga: I agree with most of the other reviews. This one pours a slightly orangish-amber color. Somewhat floral aroma. This beer has a nice malty balance with the hops. There is a decent tart, citric taste from the hops without being overpowering. A smooth, tasty lager, but nothing too special.

Nice copper color with some white head. Not much though. Some malt in the aroma and flavor. Smooth and enjoyable. On tap at the brewhouse in Chattanooga. jzzbassman (1631) - Arlington, Texas, USA - JUL 6, 2008
Draft at Downtown Chattanooga location
Poured a deep ruddy color with an almost white head. Aroma was hidden so well had to foam my nose to find it, but nice when I found it. Flavor is light bodied for the style, but has nice toasted malt and bread flavors as expected.

Bottle. Poured a clear copperish color with a one finger off white head. Aroma was of malt and some floral notes. Flavor had sweet malt and bready notes. I was decently impressed with this offering. wunderbier (1434) - Tampere, FINLAND - APR 18, 2004
Caramel, toasted bread malt (M); earthy hops (L). Orange-amber body. Moderately sweet flavor becomes a lightly sweet, lightly bitter finish. Medium body, watery texture, soft carbonation. The bottom line is: nothing to see here folks, just move along...
