12oz bottle. Pours a thin, watery looking pink with almost no carbonation. Kinda looks like a rosé. Aroma of rubber cement, rubber bands, and wet cardboard. Don’t know about this one. First sip is kinda shocking. Medicinal, astringent, and slightly acidic. Second sip is definitely better (although not much) once the palate shock wears off. Still slightly medicinal and metallic, more of the oak begins to come though with the cherry notes, which is subtle. Finish is kinda rude.

Bottle sample at Muckfest V on 7/12/14. Thanks Ogglethorp! Clear amber pour with a thin off-white head. Aroma of cherry, booze and phenolics. Cherry and malt flavor with a sour finish.

12 oz. bottle shared by Ogglethorpe, who warned us that it was "really old." Thanks, Brian! Pours a cloudy orange with no head. There’s still plenty of cherry character in this, along with leather, funk, yogurt, lemon, grapes - a little muddled, but not bad. Medium-bodied, with low carbonation and a tart, funky mouthfeel. The last four ratings are really brutal, but they must have gotten a bad batch or this beer isn’t as good as it used to be. The older vintage I had is still pretty nice.

Had this on tap. Horrible. Terrible and abrasive aroma, almost like acetone. Taste was very astringent, not at all fruity, almost like cough syrup. Will not try again.

WOW... Pours a flattish amber color with very minimal white head. Aroma is cheap vodka, nail pollish remover, dumpster, and robitussin. Taste is vile and putrid. Tastes like poison. I took my first sip and it was Three Olives brand Hot Trash Vodka. The second sip, which was all i could stomache, was more of the same. This is a whole new level of bad.

UPDATED: FEB 13, 2013 Acetone, trash, sweat, vodka, pretty terrible, really do not like this at all

UPDATED: SEP 1, 2013 Bottle thanks to mikem409. Pours a deep, slightly golden red with a small off-white head. Aroma is very vinous, boozy, some cider and cherry aromas, a lot of alcohol. Taste is just awful, almost nothing but alcohol and some stale cherry flavor, not much more to say on this one. This beer has decent ratings so maybe it’s just a bad bottle, but this is a drain pour for me.
