Biscuit and light caramel with lightly spicy hops and some light buttery notes in the aroma. Clear orange-golden body is topped by a thin white head that recedes to a partial cover. Fair to moderate bitterness over biscuity malts. Light body is somewhat watery in texture. Can. Just above fridge temperature. Purchased at the BCLS.
473ml can. Pours a clear medium amber-copper with a medium, creamy, long lasting, off-white head that leaves curtains of lace. Sweet, mild aroma of caramel malt, grain and light orange peel. Sweet flavour of caramel malt, bread, orange peel dennisrt (1) - - JUL 6, 2017 does not count
and a hint of grapefruit with a mildly bitter finish. Light body with a thin, watery texture and soft carbonation. Disappointing. Very under hopped and lacking bitterness. Much more like an amber ale, not terrible just boring.
Tasty, refreshing. Clean finish. Ok, like but not love. Color is pleasant.

I just can’t seem to find a big rock beer that I like. The highest abv session IPA I’ve had with the least amount of flavour. Bit of citrus aromas and taste but mostly watery and boring Steamboy (5) - - MAY 31, 2017 does not count
Upon opening this beer is very aromatically hoppy, more wild sage scent than citrus; it reminds me of summer in the prairies. Taste wise its quite average though, though it isn't the horrible flavour of orange rinds that so many hopped beers posses these days, so it has that going for it. It's an ok drink, but if you can get something better, I would suggest that.

Can. Intense yellow-orange, small white head with poor retention, no lacing. Aroma of sugar, hard candies, honey and a touch of spices. Taste of sugary malts, cough syrup and herbs. Total miss for the style. kaser (6409) - Chicago, Illinois, USA - MAY 29, 2016
Red cooper with white head. Draft at Rose & Crown in Banff. Malty and earthy IPA. Dank fruit. Bitter. Not very good ChadPoole (479) - Ontario, CANADA - APR 22, 2016
Pours cloudy burnt orange with a thin short lived off white head. Citrus and hops aroma. A lot of citrus fruit in the taste with some hops, malts and a bitter/sour finish. Drinkable but could use a better balance between citrus and hops. kyzr (1596) - Montana, USA - MAR 20, 2016
Amber pour with decent white head. Nose of roasted malt with touch of hops. Flavor is more malt up front with just a touch of citrus.
