12oz bottle poured into a Christoffel thin tulip glass. Pretty fresh beer, just got to town. Pours is nice with vigorous carbonation visible in the golden beer that creates a medium thick head with very long retention. Generally speaking this is a banana ester rich beer, not as strong as Chimay but still strong. However, it is well attenuated, not sweet. Yeasty dough around with some herb and spice off the yeast as well. I like it b/c I am a fan of banana esters but I understand why this beer is scoring lower. In general, for this brewer its a very nice accomplishment. Usually Belgians come off too estery or too sweet but this isn’t. For the price of a six pack its a very good deal. pablo951 (682) - Chicago, Illinois, USA - APR 29, 2013
Had it on tap at Owen & Engine, poured a clear yellowish hue, with even lacing and slight but lasting head. The taste is very saisony, with a smooth finish.very middle of the road. ttoadee (1536) - Austin, Texas, USA - APR 26, 2013
Cloudy gold, limited white head. Yeasty nose, slightly bitter. Not quite ripe melon & pepper in the middle, a little flat. Finish is dry...missing something. mbgrayson (789) - Anaconda, Montana, USA - APR 26, 2013
Twelve ounce bottle, a limited release. Pours a cloudy golden color, with a long lasting white head. Aroma is thinly of hops. Taste is typical of a Saison. Good flavor, but this isn’t my favorite style. Thumbs up. Guerde (1297) - Leuven, BELGIUM - APR 26, 2013
(bottle) Drank during one of the nicer days of the year so far, so felt the style was appropriate for the weather. Pours out a clear gold color with a large, fluffy white head and solid levels of lacing. Yeast pour introduces plenty of haziness. Aroma holds some pizza crust, oregano, coriander, light banana, and faint soap bar. The flavor holds substantial cracker and bread notes, especially shining through on the finish, with further flavors of faint banana, mild but herbal hops in the mid, and a lingering finish of grain holding well on after drinking. Mouthfeel is medium and carbonation is a bit subdued for the style. Overall a decent saison that would be great for the upcoming summer weather.

12oz bottle. Hazy golden orange with a small white head. Aroma of zesty spice, herbs, lemon and cereal grains. Flavor is toasty malt, spicy yeast esters, light bitter and no alcohol taste. Medium to light body with average carbonation. Nice easy drinking mild saison. dwyerpg (6296) - Las Vegas, Nevada, USA - APR 22, 2013
My wife loved this, but for me, aside from the quite nice and slightly funky aroma, I was simply whelmed. It’s quite sweet in the finishing notes and fairly dominated by orange throughout. Also some dryness in there that works pretty well. Not bad or great but good. Probably good enough. nealblind (1946) - Seattle, Alabama, USA - APR 21, 2013
Bright Orange-yellow only slightly cloudy. It looks filtered. Quick dissipating white head some legs. Aroma of Belgian yeast, co2, and alcohol comes across like markers. Taste is good though with bubblegum and banana. Slight funk going on as well. Watery mouthfeel. Would be great on a hot day in lieu of budweiser. atcdanner (8) - Oklahoma, USA - APR 21, 2013 does not count
Good but not great, just depends what you like, I will stick to the moose drool

Gold, hazy. off-white head. Grainy-sweet malt with some cornlike notes, a little hay, some light herbal and earthy notes. Finishes grainy and relatively dry, with some lingering herbal notes.
