Pours hazy gold, lots of head. Nose of citrus, lemon, flowers. Very full bodied, a tad bitter, bread, yeast, some mild citrus notes, floral on the end. A wonderful beer! superspak (5793) - Michigan, USA - AUG 6, 2013
12 ounce bottle into tulip glass, best before 7/12/2013. Pours hazy bright golden amber color with a 2-3 finger fluffy white head with great retention, that reduces to a nice cap that lasts. Spotty foamy lacing clings around the glass. Aromas of lemon, pear, apple, clove, pepper, grass, banana, bread, wheat, floral, herbal, light bubblegum, and yeast earthiness. Very nice aromas with good balance and complexity of yeast ester notes with light malt balance; and good strength. Taste of lemon, pear, apple, clove, banana, pepper, wheat, bread, pepper, grass, floral, light bubblegum, herbal, and yeast earthiness. Lingering notes of light fruits, clove, pepper, bread, wheat, floral, grass, herbal, and yeast earthiness on the finish for a bit. Very nice balance and complexity of fruity/spicy yeast ester flavors with a light bready malt balance; and zero cloying flavors after the finish. High carbonation and light-medium bodied; with a very crisp, prickly, and smooth mouthfeel that is great. Alcohol is very well hidden with no warming noticed after the finish. Overall this is a very nice saison! All around nice balance and complexity of yeast ester flavors; and smooth and crisp to drink. A very enjoyable offering. arnold931 (1263) - Iowa, USA - AUG 3, 2014
Bottle. Pours slightly hazy copper with a nice head. Nose is mild citrus and some fruit. Taste is also very mild...citrus and some breadiness. Tart on the backend. bhensonb (15498) - Woodland, California, USA - MAR 18, 2013
Bottle from Bine & Vine. Pours hazy gold with a 3 finger foamy white head that did some ring lacing. Aroma might have a hint of earthiness - I think there’s banana ester. Med body. Flavor is a little earthy, and there’s some light spice and fruit ester - still thinking banana. Finishes mixed earthy and "Belgian". Definitely towards bitter. Pretty good. Faint caramalized sugar, belgian yeast and coriander aroma.Yellowish gold with a fine foam rim. Immensly crisp and hoppy flavor upfront with a full bodied malt giving off dough, caramel, herbs and maple syrup. Finish is a strongly carbonated continuous hop flavor. Overall, this is actually really good. Pleasantly light yet, full flavored. I’d give this an A- rating.

12 oz. bottle purchased at Berkeley Bowl. It pours a nice clear golden color with a fluffy white head. The aroma jumps out as fresh multigrain bread with some orange and spices. Really digging this grainy/malty aroma. The flavor is similar with lots of wheat and rye with a good subdued spicy, peppery finish. I would’ve liked it a tad drier with a lighter crisper body, but this is a pretty decent drinkable Saison not being heavy or sweet. Nice. pablo951 (681) - Chicago, Illinois, USA - APR 29, 2013
Had it on tap at Owen & Engine, poured a clear yellowish hue, with even lacing and slight but lasting head. The taste is very saisony, with a smooth finish.very middle of the road. EvilPuppet99 (37) - Wisconsin, USA - JUN 7, 2013
Pretty darn good, just a bit of a lingering after taste though. Very finishable for me. GranvilleTim (1857) - Granville, Illinois, USA - JUL 25, 2013
Cloudy golden yellow pour with a frothy white head. Aroma is spices, light fruit, lemon, and yeast. Taste is slight lemon, yeast, some spices. Tasty beer. Great lacing. A good beer for a 100 degree day. hayduke (5575) - Eureka, California, USA - SEP 5, 2013
Shared with Strykzone on Facebook Chat. Poured golden with a big foamy white head. Nose is very complex with citrus, apples, cloves, some banana, wheat, spices, and damp hay. Medium, in body. Clean mouthfeel. Flavor is complex as well with banana, cloves. and lots of barnyard,. Belgian yeast leads to a fruity finish. Quite nice.
