COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
This big, rich IPA features Simcoe hops which give it both a fruity, piney hop nose and a clean, ringing bitterness. IN-between, the malt flavor is slightly caramel for a touch of malt sweetness. This IPA is well-balanced and very expressive with hops.

A nice fresh grapefruit IPA, very fruity with nice summery easy-going hop taste, not overly aggresive, but tasteful and refreshing. Nice quick sweetness up front to prepare the palate again for the hops, keeping each sip new again.

Very smooth and clean tasting, with some sticky, and very piney hops in the nose and the flavor. Very light and somewhat thin, but easy to drink. This would make a really nice summer time IPA. Overall just an all around good IPA, just wish is was a little heavier.

UPDATED: MAY 2, 2006 NABA ’04: Amber, lots of carbonation. Fizzy head. Aroma is hoppy with caramel malts. The flavor is malty, sweet, only lightly hopps. Finishes dry, lingering. Not bad. Update from the taproom: More hoppy and fresh this time with a nice creamy finish. Upgrade .2
