2016 - Sipping into Darkness, but sounds the same. Dark Belgian strong. Heavy yeast malt and dark fruit presence with moderate to heavy alcohol. Ok, but there are far better examples in the style. mbgrayson (768) - Anaconda, Montana, USA - JUN 3, 2012
Pours very dark, with a reddish tint, with light tan head. Aroma of dark fruits and carmelized sugar and malts. Taste is rich and complex, with a bit of that Belgian flavor, combined with malts and chocolate notes. This was the 2012 winner of the Missoula community brewers competition, a well deserved first place. Thumbs up!
