From a can it is a clear pale yellow with an off white. The aroma is malt and the taste is thin ginger ale and some citrus. The finish is malt

drinkable; aroma of malt/grain. I do taste a little honey in flavor. a little after taste of ?? that hurts this from being really easy to drink

12 oz from bottle while camping in Yellowstone. Nose is spiced, a little sweet, lightly malty. Light body, crisp, carbonated. Fairly strong spice in the taste (clove and maybe pepper), a hint of honey sweetness, pale-ale-level malt. Pretty decent. I had it a few months ago poured and recall it being tastier. Might be better from a glass.

More spices than honey on the nose. Get some honey and spices on the nose. Goes down easy enough but a slightly odd, funky aftertaste.

Served on tap in a pint glass Appearance- The beer pours a clear golden amber color with a light white head. The head fades rather quickly leaving just a thin layer of foamy white lace on the sides of the glass. Smell-The aroma of the beer is grainy with a little bit of a honey smell mixed within. Along with these smells comes some light aromas of a cracker and slightly herbal and floral smell. Taste The taste begins with a rather crackery and slightly doughy taste mixed with a little bit of a honey. The honey gets stronger and stronger as the taste advances, with it becoming of moderate strength by the end, but never too overpowering. Along with honey increasing more graininess comes to the tongue and with little bit of a floral and herbal flavor coming to the tongue, one is left with a rather crisp and slightly grainy taste to linger on the tongue. Mouthfeel-The body of the beer is rather light in terms of its thickness and chewiness with a carbonation level that is on the average side. For the crisp flavors and the mix of honey and grain it creates a rather refreshing feel overall. Overall- Not a fantastic beer, but by no means offensive. Worth a try and a moderately decent warm summer day beer.

New England Bucket List Trip #261. Bottle shared by jackl. Pours a slightly hazy golden with a thin fizzy off-white head. Good head retention. Aroma of honey, bready malt, plastic and raw grain. The taste is grainy malt and honey. Medium bodied, simple.

Bottle @ home. Not sure where I acquired this beast. Gold with a small head. Pretty sweet. Loads of honeyed bread. Baked croissant. Soft white grape and pear. Mellow sweet cereal body. More bread. Sweet and easy-drinking. Some cream. White grape. Light body, moderate carbonation. Not much going on, but this is a totally inoffensive blonde number.

Bottle. Medium golden hue, average white head. Aroma is sweet honey and grains. Honey and ginger-ale flavours, grainy palate. Not overly sweet which is both surprising and good. Better than I thought it would be actually.

12 ounce bottle into pint glass, best before 9/3/2014. Pours slightly hazy bright golden color with a 1-2 finger dense white head with good retention, that reduces to a small cap that lingers. Light spotty lacing clings down the glass, with a moderate amount of streaming carbonation. Aromas of lemon, orange zest, pear, wheat, cracker, biscuit, honey, coriander, herbal, grass, light pepper, and herbal/yeast earthiness. Very nice aromas with good balance of pale malt, earthy hops, spice, and yeast ester notes; with good strength. Taste of lemon, orange zest, pear, wheat, cracker, biscuit, honey, coriander, herbal, grass, light pepper, and herbal/yeast earthiness. Slight earthy bitterness on the finish; with lingering notes of lemon, orange, pear, wheat, cracker, biscuit, honey, coriander, herbal, grass, and herbal/yeast earthiness on the finish for a good bit. Very nice robustness and balance of pale malt, earthy hops, spice, and yeast ester flavors; with a goood malt/bitterness balance and zero cloying flavors after the finish. Medium carbonation and body; with a very smooth, crisp, and lightly creamy/bready mouthfeel that is nice. Alcohol is well hidden with no warming present after the finish as expected for 5%. Overall this is a very nice blonde ale style. All around good balance and robustness of pale malt, earthy hops, spice, and yeast ester flavors; and very smooth and crisp to drink. A very enjoyable offering.
