Somewhat cloudy gold/orange appearance. Head starts out finger-length, but disappears rapidly. Sporadic lacing. Aroma of honey and earth. Flavor follows suit. Having this after a workout at the gym, and it’s hitting the spot. Nice mild summer brew that does what it’s supposed to do - not wow you, but fit the context of a hot weather or post-workout thirst quencher that still has some flavor. Certainly a better choice than the typical macro pale lager. rondphoto (4488) - Lakeside Park, Kentucky, USA - JUL 15, 2014
bottle @ John’s Grocery / Iowa City IA --- Clear pale amber with a bubbly white head and heavy stripes of lace. Taste is sweet caramel malt with carbonation and mild bittering coming along in the palate, then fading quickly in a short finish. Modest and unassuming, not a lot there, but agreeable enough. mikedR (1561) - Gilbert, Arizona, USA - JUL 11, 2014
Surprised by low ratings. This is a very nice, very smooth, very flavorful brew. Better than its ABV would suggest. Recommended!

Draft at Dan's Tavern. Clear gold with a white head. Sweet honey and clean. Turns grainy and Cheerio flavored at the end. andrewje41 (4091) - Kenmore, Washington, USA - JUL 6, 2014
UPDATED: JUN 6, 2016 Bottle pour. Pours golden with a sweet, bready aroma. Flavor is a lot of sweet caramel and bread. Wheat flavors throughout. Very light beer, and all flavor is really mild. Very easy drinking, and fitting for the nice weather, but expected a little more from this one. Not bad. I’d drink it again. Update: I did drink again. Much better experience on draft at the collective. Pretty good.

Pours pale gold with a white frothy head; biscuit and honey aromas; very dry palate with a coarse mouth feel. Lacks flavor. BeerFunGuy (875) - California, USA - JUN 25, 2014
This light yellow beer has a spectacular honey citrus aroma. It has a mild wheat flavor with a subtle spice.

Pours clear light golden with a small white head that dissipates quickly, light lacing. Aroma cereal, honey, grains and sweet. Taste is bready, cereal, grainy and honey
OK, but a tad sweet for me to be refreshing on a hot day.
Perfect summer beer, light, tasty and refreshing. Small head, but sticky lacing. Light cereal aroma, ostly cereal taste, abrupt finish with a tinge oh hop bitterness

Pours transparent gold. White head that dissipates slowly and leaves decent lacing. Mouthfeel is medium and creamy. Low carbonation. Taste is biscuit malt, honey, faint citrus. Finishes slightly dry and a touch sour. Decent summer beer.
